Our menu was created with intention to be a healthy superfood inspired menu built around responsible sourcing with truth and integrity. Offering menu items that appeal to different tastes and most importantly that are appropriate for different dietary needs. Our mission is serving wholesome food and drinks that restore the body. We believe in offering certified organic and verified non-GMO foods and natural proteins that are grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free. Live foods are better so we grow our own organic living herbs and micro-greens and feature them throughout the menu. The beverage program continues our commitment offering organic and nutrient-dense medicinal drinks. Revive with some and cold-pressed superfood juices from our JUICERY.
The Watering Well Eatery blends characteristics from a variety of traditional dining concepts — the café and market, the juice stand, the coffee house and the bistro — to offer a comfortable space for gathering, to grabbing a quick bite or sitting and enjoying the afternoon. Serving nutritious unadulterated whole ingredient options. Enjoy wholesome options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - featuring fresh live herbs from our garden and partnerships with numerous artisan growers and ranchers.

To us the word “organic” is not a buzzword. “Organic” is a core belief that we take seriously. Organic refers not to natural origins of the botanical plant, but also to the way it is cultivated, produced and processed. Organic agriculture is based on the system of farming that mimics natural ecosystems, thus maintaining and replenishing nutrients and the fertility of the soil. It uses natural ways of pest control, utilizing traditional, time-tested methods of processing. Therefore, organic products are free from harmful chemical fertilizers and toxic pesticides. By providing products that are organic we actively support this process that is good for us.
